The Gilded Souls spread their influence like a plague, most likely through trade ships and the hostile takeover of local thieves guilds. Because of this they seem to base themselves in port cities across the world. Due to their treacherous nature however, many guilds may be independent and self-serving, but this is only an assumption based on nature of the wicked.
