The coastal port of Shilus. Once a peaceful fishing village, it is now a gateway to the heart of Ferro. The city is the only accessable port on the eastern coast of Bandra, from the Obsidian Blockade of the south to the Sinking Mountains in the north. Because of this, the city has been bolstered by it’s trade with seafaring nations and imports of smuggled goods. Seperated into four districts, the central Harbor District, the upperclass North District, the western Merchant District, and the middleclass South District. The Harbor District houses the warehouses, shipyards, taverns, lowerclass housing, and dens of sin. The city government building also is located here along with a large square of religious temples. Unfortunately for Shilus, recent proclamations by the King of Gamba have caused a massive flow of immigrants; Warriors, Drifters, Mercenaries, Thieves, all seek riches and glory by capturing what seems like an easy prize. In order to reach Gamba, however, they must travel across land through either Bandra or Rifta. The former is a much safer option, therefore the more used route. Immigrants flow in from faraway nations like Tur, Ponstil, and Harcjun.

As a result, the amount of unemployment and crime in the city has risen. A new organized crime syndicate is starting to make itself known by the name of Pompi. This Pompi Syndicate has already taken control of half the Harbor District and it’s power seems to come from the influx of foreign criminals. The Bandarian Government is secretly discussing whether or not to send troops to raze the city before it becomes another Rifta.
