Symptoms
Those who succumbed to the disease would grow gravely ill and die within a month’s time, only to reanimate fully conscious within days of death. Records describe the victims as walking corpses, trapped in a state of limbo, yet fully sentient and aware of their position.
Treatment
As the plague has come and gone, there is currently no known treatment of the disease, magical or otherwise. During the time of the plague however, there seemed to be no cure available. This raises the question of what one would do if one could not pass on after death, and the answer is a bleak continuance of mundane day to day life.
